This teamproject, undertaken in collaboration with Sverok Admin for our research methodology course, involved conducting a qualitative study on the user experience of first-time users utilizing the web-based nominating system, Nominator. Our research contained fieldwork, including interviews and observational studies to gain insights into users’ experiences as they navigated the nomination process on the platform. Additionally, we performed a heuristic evaluation of the program, identifying both its strengths and areas for improvement. Through this process, we pinpointed potential issues and proposed solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
